It is possible to have an SMTP server over SSL (internal use); however, we
don't have that option in the build presently. An earlier prototype had it but
I removed it because I didn't realized it existed. Thunderbird supports SMTP
over SSL (not start TLS, connects over SSL from the start). Add the
appropriate radio boxes and template to src/GRAPHICAL/jboss-service.xml.
