In the UNICAST protocol does not discard messages with
the same sequence number. This may result in receiving
the same message more than once.
An easy test case ca be set up using a doubled
"passUp(evt); " statement in the UDP protocol.
This simple test shows also that the pbcast.STABLE
protocol discards correctly multicast messages.
