I'm running both in a Linux and a Windows box with 3.2.6 without any problem.

I will create a download package in one or two weeks which would solve this 
issue, but as for now, can you make sure you didn't have any errors while 
downloading the CVS tree. (Maybe downloading it again).

Just in case, run it into a fresh copy a JBoss3.2.6 without any changes. 
(default server). Maybe you added or changed some library.

These are the only things I could foresee.
