Stupid question: did you still try to reach the page, does it work ? Ok, sorry i took the guess that you were using 4.0.1, but actually you are using 4.0.0RC1 (that does not have the standard configuration neither), you should use the final. But even better now that you modified standard->default, you should install 4.0.1 (Final).
