i got the example to work in the ide by changing the line <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
to <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "NONE"> A parser of the document was expecting to tokens and it only had one obviously. I know this is a hack that worked and the example worked.
