Ok, that is a bit complicated: The other system does not work on JBoss4, but still on JBoss 3.0.8. It has an login-method that need username and password as parameters and it is accessed via RMI. All output that is produced simply appears on the JBoss-console. That is absolutely enough for my purposes. That why, I simply want to receive a positive or negative value for the login on JBoss Portal and then simply say "login successful".
