Fix For: 1.2.0 beta
Need change invoker code so uses a thread pool factory that will allow for
users to specify the thread pool they wish to use (which will probably be via
MBean ObjectName). If supplied, then use that, otherwise create new instance
of thread pool. Should be using common util ThreadPool implementation. If an
MBeanServer is available, need to register thread pool with the mbean server.
