So I have some things that are in M3 that may get pushed to M4 (namely the JCA 
stuff).  I also have the IMAP initiative starting off during M4 (though what I 
mean by that is limited). 

Additionally, I've been entering follow up stuff and things that were in the 
Wiki into JIRA.  We should still use the wiki for collaborative planning but 
those little red and green bars are so cool even if the tool is a pain in the 
ass. 

There is also stuff on the wiki 
(http://www.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=MailServicesPlan) that I haven't 
entered for M4.  Fuzz protection, quotas and forwarding are some good ones.  

What things based on everyone's available time, can we achieve in the course of 
about a month or two for M4?  We should keep in mind our goals and the stage of 
development rather than blow out of scope features, but I want you guys (mostly 
Dawie and Michael) who are helping write the stuff to sound off.
