Add handler metadata to detection messages

Fix For: 1.2.0 beta
Need ability to provide more information in the Detection message about the
server invoker's handlers. Should include subsystem and other metadata that
the handler supplies. This would then be included in the NetworkNotification
that the NetworkRegistry emits upon detection of new servers (also returned in
the NetworkRegistry::getServers() call).
