in-VM push callbacks don't work

When registering a push callback handler with the callback server evertything
seems to go well, the ServerInvokerCallbackHandler proxy is created and
registered on the target server, but when trying to actually call back, the
callback does not reach the callback server.
The client, the callback server and the target server are colocated.
I created a test case that fails:
org.jboss.remoting.callback.push.InVMPushCallbackTestCase.
