Ok, let's break configuration and compatibility flags apart then as
there seem to be a few configuration issues that are not compatibility
issues. 

If the ClientAddress was dropped then clearly this has to be flagged as
a compatibility issue. As it stands now, I can see the argument for
marking this as a compatibility issue, but I really want the
compatibility flag to mark something that must be looked at, and there
should not be many of these issues.
