Not really. I am dubious that it is a real problem with the current code using Oswego. I haven't looked at the putAll problem (see the jms thread in user forums). I only fixed it because I could reproduce the problem with java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentHashMap and we will eventually want to cutover to at least backport concurrent util. When I tried it with the Oswego stuff, I didn't see the issue. Which leaves open the question of what the orignal user was seeing...
