The windows ia64 box (dev19) was down and I have already opened a ticket with IT helpdesk and they are working on it. Once it's up I will force a build for jbossweb-windows.

I'm sorry, but the frequency that breaks the jbossweb build is simply unacceptable, and in all the cases it's because someone kills the remote ant process.
