Just to be clear, instead of just cutting off the cvs write access to the 
common module, the plan is to remove the source.  This follows how the 
extraction procedure was performed for JBossCache. (e.g. if you do a cvs 
checkout of jboss-head and allow empty folders to be created, you will get 
cache, but there is nothing in it).

So, you get your commits in to cvs for jboss-common (hopefully by 8 am central 
us time tomorrow), we sync your changes to the repo and perform the integration 
and send notice of completion, you start using svn.

The cvs source for common will still be there for a few days until everyone is 
comfortable the svn repo is working as expected.  Then we'll remove the source.
