You can't... JBoss+Tomcat has to be started manually just like a stand-alone
Tomcat install.
Now, that's not to say you can't write a startup script that first starts
JBoss+Tomcat, then starts Apache. I'm just saying that, AFAIK, there isn't
a way to have Apache startup external programs.
