I'm not much of a NT wiz but I think this due to you having your path
pointing to the 1.2 JRE, but after installing 1.3 your key is 1.3. I've
had the same problem, it seems to arise after installing JRE, not
necessarily the JDK. My solution is to always use the absolute path,
like /opt/jdk1.3/bin/java. (I run Cygwin, can't stand dos).
