In the meantime I managed to fix everything and my bean is deployed.
I'm writing a little getting started document for my co-workers as I'm
"breaking the secret of jBoss". They are only fool-proof guidelines on how
to write a few beans, deploy them and test them. I was planning to send you
that so you can maybe refer the newbies to carry out those exercises to get
the initial idea.
