It strikes me that it would be a good example of EJB technology to have a
form-based system for generating custom installation procedures. An HTML
form would ask the user what configuration his system has (hardware, OS,
JDK version, with or without X, running as root/administrator vs.
non-super-user, installation path, etc.) and a servlet would generate a
jBoss installation procedure customized for the user's configuration.
It could even generate a shell script/batch files.
