If you really need a jar so is a solution to this to package the classes in
a jar yourself, i.e.
> cd WEBLOGIC_DRIVER_CLASSES_DIRECTORY
> jar cvf weblogic.jar *.*
Haven't tried it with jBoss but it works in other systems.
