Just a little more detail:
On Windows,
1) open a Command Prompt,
2) cd to the jboss bin directory (which might or might not be cd
C:\jBoss\dist\bin)
3) java -jar ejx.jar
On Linux,
1) Start the X Window System and set your display environment variable,
which might or might not be:
startx
setenv DISPLAY 0:0
2) cd to the jboss bin directory (which might or might not be cd
/usr/local/jboss/dist/bin)
3) java -jar ejx.jar &
The "might or might not be" parts differ, depending on the installation of
your system and whether you have X running on your Linux machine.
