[jBoss-User] Bank.jar deploys but not my simple ejb in mydeployed .jar

Hi. I've just started working with jBoss and it looks very good. The server installs correctly and the bank.jar deploys. Great! But then I create my simple ejb (stateless session) and the ejb-jar.xml and jboss.xml and then jar them and copy to the deploy dir. The server reports that the app is deployed but no beans are bound, etc. I've checked the xml til I'm blue in the face, even copied bank.jar's xml files and filled in the blanks... redeployed... I've removed all jdbc from the bean impl... redeployed... nothing... what can I do to debug and fix this?
