You would need:
* A JMX connector (this is currently being created)
Uhm, that's it. With that you can send remote commands to the server. I
already have a prototype for such as connector, and it is used by the
deploy.jar tool (which deploys Jar's in the EJB-server). What you would
do is the same as org.jboss.jmx.client.Deployer, but with some GUI on
top of it. Uhm, actually, you can call
org.jboss.jmx.client.Deployer.deploy() and that will do all the hard
stuff for you!
