I don't know of a place to get a windows binary for PostgreSQL, but
it can be built fairly easily using the Cygwin libraries. I used to be able
to find it at http://www.cygnus.com/ , but since RedHat bought them,
I can't seem to find the free download anymore. Anyone have a URL?
BTW, I've tried this with mixed results. Its not nearly as stable on
Windows as on Linux. So, I've switched to Interbase 6 for my current
project...
