sebastien is finishing the DTD for the advanced container and bean
configurations (overwriting jndi, binding datasource by name, advanced
plugin configuration)...

I came to the conclusion that what we used to call "default" configuration
is really "standard" configuration (which are already pretty advanced).
Default carries the sensation that you get the bare bones, when in fact you
get a full jboss container that can work from ejb-jar.xml ... and that is
"standard" jboss ease of use :))).

So I gave the OK to sebastien to rename defaultjboss.xml to
standardjboss.xml, just so that folks understand that this is the *normal*
mode of operation (and it should cover 95% cases) even the "advanced" stuff
is done in a robust way that if you mess up something the container can
recover by using the standard configuration...

so I don't want to see the word "default" again, it is the "standard" and we
are doing something about it.... according to Sebastien the DTD will be
available manhana...
