To deploy in jBoss all you need to do is put the jar in /deploy. That
should be enough.
Do Not Put Any Jars In Classpath. That Will Break Things.
Just execute /bin/run.bat. No "installation" required.
Try removing all the jars from classpath and see what happens.

ps. The CLASSPATH env. variable is pure evil. Do not use it.
