Glad to hear the instructions worked.  I've updated and added them to
bugzilla:

I've removed a couple of things and jBoss now starts completely without
throwing a single exception.  (Unless I set up MS SQL Cmp, which I haven't
done with PR4 yet.)

About the command window, it looks to me like it's launched as a result
of Hypersonic loading, but I don't currently know how to prevent it.
If you leave it up and stop/restart jBoss, Hypersonic will complain.  I'm
not sure yet what the ramifications of this are.
