Tim,
It appears from your original error messages as though you
were having trouble deploying non-jarred beans in the deploy
directory. Marc confirmed the bug and posted a fix
already. I had the same problem, but it now appears resolved
using the binary currently on the site. Note that it is
still called "PR4," but it is different from the one posted
last week.
