ooh am so stupid...
Now I have found the mistake I have made.
The <ejb-link> *must* be set to ejb-name of the Bean that is referenced and
this is in my case wb/User. I have set it to User and to ejb/User so the
Container could not find it.
But the error message says nothing for the bean developer I think.
