We have a guy here who used to be SW director at PrimeStar.
He too suggested Kawa.
This is very important to us since our deployments are VERY big/scalable.
I am hoping to get jBoss in a deployed environment with various levels of
application and network layer load-balancing.
... just not sure about he CMP for the scaling that we need to do.
This should provide some interesting feedback to jBoss groups in general.

it is my opinion too.
we are currently 17 developer in our project-team and create a lot of EJB
stuff.
Currently we use Kawa as IDE , some scripts and ant for dist-creating and
deployment.
it work's great.
