The recent thread on "Logging" covered these points:
1. to remove the clutter of debug messages from the console, remove the
"Debug" category from the first argument of the ConsoleLogging MLET in
jboss.conf (This will prevent JAWS traces being displayed, but will not
stop the messages being constructed.)
2. to remove the performance overhead of constructing debug messages in
JAWS, set the debug flag in JDBCCommand.java to false
