The input is your bean which is commented appropriately with the custom
tags. The output are the rest of the EJB files. If you look in the
download there is a complete example of what goes in (AccountBean) and
what comes out (the rest of the files).

The installation is exactly as shown in the EJBDoclet docs. Unzip. Run
javadoc with the "doclet" parameter set to
"com.dreambean.ejbdoclet.EJBDoclet" and the "docletpath" set to wherever
"ejbdoclet.jar" is on your disk. As the last parameter to Javadoc you
set which sourcefiles it should use; set this to your bean source(s).
The doclet will then generate the files in the same place as your other
source files.
What JDK version are you using by the way? I have tested this on JDK1.3,
but am not sure if it works on JDK1.2.2. Definitely doesn't work on 1.x
JDK's.
