Both :-) The thing is that a jboss.xml file is always associated with a
ejb-jar.xml file. So, when you do open or create of a jboss.xml you select
the ejb-jar.xml file and the jboss.xml file AND the ejb-jar.xml file is
loaded.

I agree, it's weird. I will change so that the "create new jboss.xml" makes
you choose an ejb-jar.xml file, whereas "open existing" shows jboss.xml
files.

Makes more sense, right?
