Get a new copy of the conf/jboss.jcml file. This is a known
problem, that should be resolved in the latest CVS build. If you recall,
were there any problems the last time you started the jBoss server? For
example, data source errors, or deployment failures, or things like
that? It seems like the jcml file gets corrupted when there are startup
problems, but we haven't been able to come up with exact steps to
reproduce it, so our fix is a bit of a shot in the dark.

Thanks,
        Aaron
