Yarg, I got it working on NT 4, but it was a pain. You need to do get
the IPC package. Then I recompiled from source. It only runs under
Cygwin, and you need to have the IPC daemon running when you start it.
I'm going to write an NT service to run it <joke> when I have time
</joke>.
