Have a look at the conf/jboss.conf
Configure or uncomment the org.jboss.logging.ConsoleLogging MBean.

PS: to successful uncomment remove the opening for each tag
<MBEAN -> MBEAN (additional to the <!-- -->, else the parser ignores
your comment symbols?!)
