Unfortunately, I don't think this works with the current jBoss CVS.
Before some updates made a little over a week ago, I think this worked.
Now, however, nothing in WEB-INF/lib is automatically loaded when
running Tomcat inside jBoss (using TomcatService).

At least, this is my experience.
