This doesn't go all the way, but it may help...
I have already posted the list about Jetty-3
(WebServer/ServletContainer), which I am integrating,
intra-vm, with JBoss.
Jetty comes with SSL (may not help...)
Jetty comes with a CGI servlet (calls CGI scripts)
