I say so because J2EE 1.2 do not use JAAS, and 1.2 is the latest final
J2EE specification. Note that the above only referred to *standard way
of doing it*. While JAAS *will be* the standard (it's in J2EE 1.3 BTW,
but this is not final yet) it is not standard currently.
You can use JAAS with jBoss, and be sure that it will work with other
J2EE servers down the line, but that's it.
