Well, no one's claiming that EJX is the most intuitive tool on the
market.  Select the type of XML file you want to edit ("EJB 1.1", "EJB 1.1
with jBoss", etc.) and the file open dialog should show both ejb-jar.xml
files and JAR files.  If you pick a JAR, you'll be editing the XML file
you selected within the META-INF directory within the JAR.
