so sorry. Had a typo in the setup of the naming environment variables.
After i corrected this and used the last line, i got a connect and could
create an entity bean... Woah, yes!
[...]
> context.lookup("xyz");
Suggestion: What is the reason for the NullPointerException? Couldn't the
JNP throw some other exception if it can't find it's environment
variables?
