|Cool. Would you consider adding a version number to the name so as to
|distinguish between versions of the DTD? E.g. we don't yet use the new
|cache configuration info and unless you are going to always make your DTDs
|backwards compatable it would be nice for the document DTD URL not to have
|to change on old documents.
