Well, we're all just interpreting here, but for the record, this
is just my interpretation, assuming jBoss switches to LGPL:

Sure.

As long as you do not change the code of jBoss or Tomcat without
contributing those changes back to their respective communities.

To be safe, I would. I think you may be required to for jBoss, I
don't really know for Tomcat, but what can it hurt? Consult the licenses
if it's really that important. A URL may suffice.

If you actually change either product, you will need to consult
the licenses, particularly WRT whether you can mention the name
"Apache" anywhere. If you distribute jBoss and Tomcat unchanged, I think
you're OK.

No. It would be nice if you did, of course. :)

The only remaining limitation is that you cannot (under any
circumstances) close the source of the entire thing. That is, you could
not distribute this as "MyApp", with beans, Tomcat, jBoss, and all and
refuse to pony up source for jBoss upon request. If you add in
proprietary extensions to jBoss and you make the binary available to
anyone else, you have to release the source for those changes too. You
could (I think) close the source for everything *except* jBoss, even if
they're distributed together, so customizations to Tomcat would be
allowed.
Also, and this is very vague, I think one of the Sun packages (JMX
RI, maybe?) isn't supposed to be distributed to certain parts of the
world. You may want to check that, because I imagine you'd either need to
enforce the same restriction or just give directions for getting that one
piece separately. This restriction may be gone by now.
