It is not that bad, and it is not the AutoDeployer's fault.  

The only thing is that you have to manually create JBOSS_ROOT/deploy and
JBOSS_ROOT/db/hypersonic, they are not included in the zip/tgz (empty
directories).  
It was already a problem before (for deploy at least), I don't know why
it just appeared now.

I've added dummy files in these directories in CVS, next time it should
be OK.
