I haven't tested but I think you can do this today. I see no reason why
it wouldn't work. You would want to have 2 sets of ContainerFactory,
J2EEDeployer, and AutoDeploy MBeans in the conf, but that should be all.
They will share JNDI namespace though.
Is this enough for you? Why do you want to do this BTW? Note that you
can deploy as many .jar files as you through one ContainerFactory.
