Guys,
On the subject of slow JSP compilation...
I have a mate who has apparently got Jasper working
with a javac other than Sun's.
I'm hoping he will mail me back today with the details
and that over the weekend I shall be able to integrate
Jikes with jboss-jetty (which I also have to fix)
which has now been checked into CVS (contrib).
