AFAIK the new WebLogic does this (the new beta). on 77 there are the 2 guys
that did the JMX architecture for WL and we had a lot of interesting
talks... They are very good (vadim and benjamin) and are taking WL in the
right direction (the jBoss way :)
One thing i don't know about WL is if that the MBean init is done at startup
(I would think so)
