Never mind. I found my own problem. Seems you need to remove the files in
the conf directory prior to upgrading to beta prod 4.

Forgive me for rehashing old problems here, but I unfortunately have just
cleaned out my jBoss msg box, prior to upgrading to BETA PROD 4 :-)
I have two problems which I know I have seen cross this mailing list before:
1. I am gettinga reflection exception on startup.
2. Hypersonic refuses to run. Something about connection refused, then it
goes to town.
