Yes, Per is correct. I actually discovered this earlier today based on the
Rickard's earlier message, but was unable to thank him (or you) because my
email was broken all day until now...thankfully it's fixed now :)
One addition to Per's message is that JBuilder not only doesn't need to
have the "Start In" directory set on the shortcut on NT, it seems to ignore
it. So in order for this to work correctly, it appears to me, at least,
that one must set the "working directory" field (under Project - Project
Properties - path) to <jboss_home>\bin, as Per indicated.
