There are a number of t-shirt printing places that have varying degrees of internet
capability
and will print and ship a single shirt. There is still likely to be some logistics
integrating with
their 'b2b' interface.

You could also integrate with ups, fedex, airborne, etc. as they have internet
shipping interfaces
that will print the labels and schedule pickups. Someone still has to put the shirt in
a box and
put on the shipping label though, so if you don't have a lackey for this(son, nephew,
neighbor, ...)
