Pascal,
the first error says, that no deployment descriptor was found - are you
sure there is a deployment descriptor "META-INF/ejb-jar.xml" in your
package?!
(watch for upper/lower cases!!!)
The 2. exception you can ignore. The AutoDeployer tries to undeploy the
app when you remove it from the deploy directory, which is not possible
because it was never deployed... This must be fixed but is not critical,
only confusing ;-)
